BLACKWATER TRAINING RANGES 1 - 9

Range 1 - Rodgers Range

RANGE 1 (Rodgers) Positions: 6    Length: 7-18 yards Reactive Steel range with six individual shooting stations with seven computerized reactive steel targets at ranges from 7 to 18 yards on each lane. Range is lighted for low light application. Provides an unlimited number of computerized target combinations using computer applications including Manual, Custom Programming and Totally Random capability.

Range 2 - BEAR Range

RANGE 2 (BEAR) Positions: 36   Length: 40 yards Multi-purpose range with 36 paper turners, 6 sets of six-plate steel racks, two 40-foot steel or paper movers, one 96-foot paper or steel mover. 30 static-steel positions for static plates.

Range 3 - BEAR Range

RANGE 3 (BEAR) Positions: 12   Length: 25 yards Multi-purpose range with 12 paper turners, 4 sets of six-plate steel racks, and one 30-foot steel or paper mover. 20 static-steel positions for static plates.

Range 4 - BEAR Range

RANGE 4 (BEAR) Positions: 12   Length: 25 yards Multi-purpose range with 12 paper turners, 4 sets of six-plate steel racks, and one 30-foot steel or paper mover. 20 static-steel positions for static plates.

Range 5 - Carbine Range

RANGE 5 (Carbine) Positions: 20   Length: 75 yards Open carbine range with 20 paper turners, multiple hanging steel targets, and one 82 foot steel or paper mover. Portable wooden facades available. Also usable for live fire arrivals and departures/emergency vehicle bail-outs.

Range 6 - Tower

RANGE 6 (Tower) Positions: N/A   Height: 42 feet Steel climbing tower with climbing hand/foot-holds, stairs, windows, shoot-holes, and railing on roof. The tower can be rigged for repellingand fast-rope operations, and does have “rock-wall” hand and foot holds on one face. Shooting from tower into carbine ranges or unknown-distance range may require ranges 5 or 7 or both to be 'cold'.

Range 7 - Carbine Range

RANGE 7 (Carbine) Positions: 19   Length: 100 yards Open carbine range with 19 removable paper stands, multiple hanging steel targets, 10 popper targets and one 82 foot adjustable speed steel moving target with interchangeable plates. Multiple barricades are available including two story, left and right step down, and mouse holes.

Range 8 - Urban Training Area

RANGE 8 (Urban Training Area) 14,746 square feet of building space (33,000 square feet of total area) for simulation training. Some buildings include changeable floor plans. Many single and multi-level buildings are provided for urban combat training, including the R.U. Ready High School mock-up for simulation\force on force training. Also includes a live-fire paved street façade with computerized targets and various multi-level long gun/sniper platforms overlooking an Unknown Distance Range.

Range 9 - Military Operations on Urban Terrain area

RANGE 9 (Military Operations on Urban Terrain Area) Six one and two story buildings set up to provide multiple drive through/walk through scenarios for simulation and force-on-force training using SIMUNITION® FX®.
