Our newest location, Blackwater North, is located in the rolling countryside of Mount Carroll, Illinois. The facility is approximately 100 miles west of Chicago. The nearest towns are Mount Carroll, which is approximately 8 miles south, and Freeport, which is approximately 25 miles east.

Over the years, Blackwater's reputation as the premier weapons and tactics training facility in the United States had spread worldwide. Blackwater has and is currently training select military and other government groups from US-friendly nations at Blackwater and abroad. Our instructors are ranked the best in the world and our facilities are second to none. Training can be conducted at our Moyock, NC facility, any Mobile facility, and now at our Mount Carroll, IL facility.
