Media and Public Appearances
To achieve maximum publicity aimed at stimulating event attendance and enhancing the public image the Blackwater Parachute Team is very proud to participate in media and public appearances, and greatly enjoy these opportunities.
All media and public appearances for Blackwater Parachute Team personnel must be coordinated with the Team Leader and/or the team's Public Affairs Director. The information concerning media and public appearances should be provided to the Blackwater Parachute Team office in writing at least two weeks prior to your event.
If time permits, team members will be available to visit local schools and children's hospitals, make guest appearances on television and radio, attend service organization luncheons and speaking engagements to promote your event. Since the team is usually not familiar with the area, we request a member of your committee be assigned to accompany Team members to the scheduled appearances.
Published Accounts
We ask that press coverage of your show be collected, and forwarded to the Blackwater Parachute Team office. The team appreciates receiving copies of any press clippings, videos, brochures, and posters concerning your event. This assists us in preparing our annual report and maintaining accurate historical data. In addition, if you wish to acknowledge our participation at your event, letters may be written to the Blackwater Parachute Team office address provided to you or the Blackwater USA office.
