PSS/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT I



a. Role: Medic support to principal and PRS detail members.

b. Responsibilities: Accompany PRS details and provide medic support as required.

Perform as delineated in paragraph 2.5b

c. Qualifications:

Same as 2.5c(1), above

U.S. Citizen/TCN

Level 2 English proficiency (see Attachment 3)

Three (3) years U.S. Military Special Forces/Operations Medic experience or equivalent



Contractor shall comply with best effort the following EMT I Qualifications;

Successful completion of a state-approved EMT-Intermediate/85 educational program.

Submission of current approved CPR credential for the professional rescuer.

Successful completion of the National Registry EMT-Intermediate/85 written and practical examinations.

Registration must be valid for the period of deployment.

Note:

EMT-B and EMT-I indicates EMT-I/85 provides all EMT-B skills as well as Scene Size up, Initial Trauma Assessment, Rapid Trauma Assessment, Ventilator Management and IV therapy. EMT-I is the minimum standard for PSS-Medic personnel. Training and certification requirement are as follows:



Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist (ALSS)



a. Role: Perform administrative and/or logistical functions, as directed.

b. Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative and logistical functions

Prepare and maintain personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records

Prepare periodic/scheduled reports

Maintain duty schedules and time sheets

Coordinate travel and shipping arrangements

Coordinate billeting, storage, and maintenance activities



c. Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen

Level 3 English proficiency

Overseas experience in administrative and logistical support issues

Experience working with a wide range of procurement logistics issues

Ability to maintain strong working relationships and deal effectively with high-ranking U.S. Embassy personnel and high-ranking military officers

Strong written and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills

Ability to live and work in dangerous and difficult conditions



The ALSS shall operate in country under the direction of the Regional Security Office and Blackwater Project Manager
